Welcome friends! My name is Ms. Rivera and I am so excited to be your teacher this year. I am teaching 6th Grade Social Studies and English. I look forward to being a part of your educational journey!
I am from Tulare, Ca (Central Valley); born and raised. I graduated from California State University of Bakersfield with Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies. I was a teacher for 2nd grade for 2 years but now I am excited to be making a difference in 6th grade!
Some things that mean the world to me are my two dogs named Penelope and Banks, my beautiful family, friends and boyfriend. I enjoy all sports especially basketball and baseball. On my free time I enjoy going to the beach and eating lots of yummy food, so please let me know of some of your favorite places! My ultimate shopping addiction is collecting sneakers! Want to know more? Ask me anything! I can't wait to get to know you more in class!

TEACH Academy of Technologies Vision Statement:
